Sunnyvale Rod and Gun Club Youth League

Sunnyvale Rod and Gun Club has started a youth league program open to ages 6-18 to provide instruction and experience in Rifle and Shotgun skills. The program runs on a quarterly basis and provides once per month sessions that are instructor-led. Each session starts with classroom time that covers firearm safety and skills. This is followed by a chance to shoot under instructor supervision. Sunnyvale Rod and Gun Club provides the firearm and ammunition for each session. The cost is $50 per quarter for each youth.

The program is in the startup phase so only Rifle sessions are available for the Fall quarter. In the future, Shotgun will be added as a separate program. Youths can be signed up for one or the other or both since they will be run on different Sundays. Rifle sessions are the first Sunday of every month and Shotgun will be the third Sunday of every month.
